摘要

以不同纤度、不同截面的本色及有色聚乳酸纤维生产为实例,通过对聚乳酸生产工艺参数的调控,建立了聚乳酸纤维生产过程中不同纤维纤度、截面、颜色与喷丝板、泵供量、纺丝温度和牵伸倍数等的关系,并对纤维形貌及强度进行表征.结果表明,在差异化聚乳酸纤维纺丝过程中,纤维纤度的变化均会引起工艺参数及物理性能的变化.在同一纤度下,异形纤维的泵供量及牵伸倍数偏低、纺丝温度偏高.与本色聚乳酸纤维相比,有色聚乳酸工艺参数及性能均没有明显变化.

Abstract

The relationship between the different fineness,cross-section,color of polylactic acid fibers and spinneret,pump supply,spinning temperature and drafting multiple in the production process were estab-lished by regulating the production process parameters of polylactic acid fiber,and the morphology and strength of the fibers were characterized.The results showed that in the spinning process of differentiated polylactic acid fiber,the change of fiber fineness would cause the changes of process parameters and physi-cal properties.Under the same fineness,the pump supply and drafting multiple of special-shaped fiber were lower than that of conventional fiber,while the spinning temperature was higher than it.Compared with natural polylactic acid fiber,the process parameters and performance of colored polylactic acid had no significant changes.
