摘要

介绍了铜离子抗菌改性聚丙烯腈纤维的制备及产品性能,及其在面料开发中的应用.铜离子抗菌改性聚丙烯腈纤维具有优异的抗菌性能.试验表明,在面料开发和生产过程中,为使面料的抑菌性能达到95%,铜离子改性聚丙烯腈纤维的质量分数≥5.8%,能够更好地发挥铜离子抗菌作用.

Abstract

The preparation and properties of copper ion antibacterial modified polyacrylonitrile fibers,as well as their applications in fabric development were introduced.Copper ion antibacterial modified polyacryloni-trile fibers have excellent antibacterial properties.The results showed that in the process of fabric develop-ment and production,in order to achieve 95%antibacterial performance of the fabric,the content of copper ion modified polyacrylonitrile fibers should not be less than 5.8%by mass,which can better play the role of copper ion antibacterial modified polyacrylonitrile fibers.
