开发了一种吸湿发热改性聚丙烯腈纤维,该纤维具有较好的吸湿发热性能.论述了吸湿发热改性聚丙烯腈纤维的吸湿放湿机理,探讨了其纱线染整工艺.开发的易热宝纤维/黏胶混纺纱线及其针织面料经过染整加工后,按FZ/T 73036-2010《吸湿发热针织内衣》检测方法进行检测,证实其具有良好的吸湿发热性能.
Abstract
A hygroscopic thermal modified polyacrylonitrile fiber was developed,which had good hygroscop-ic thermal properties.The hygroscopic and dehumidifying mechanism of hygroscopic thermal modified polyacrylonitrile fibers was studied,and the dyeing and finishing process of yarns was discussed.The devel-oped Erebao fiber/viscose blended yarn and its knitted fabric were tested according to the FZ/T 73036-2010 Moisture-absorption and heating-generating knitted underwear test method,confirming that they had good hygroscopic thermal performance.
