摘要

为评定用于培养纺织材料抗菌性能测试试验的生化培养箱温度示值误差的测量不确定度,参考JJF 1059.1-2010《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立了测量模型并分析在测量培养箱温度时示值误差测量不确定度的来源.试验结果表明,测量不确定度的来源主要为培养箱温度显示的重复性引入的标准不确定度为0.05℃,多通道高精度温度、湿度数据采集记录分析系统的精度引入的标准不确定度为0.06 ℃,温度示值误差的相对扩展不确定度U=0.17 ℃,k=2.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the temperature indication error of the bio-chemical incubator used for the antibacterial performance test experiment of textile materials,refer to JJF 1059.1-2010 Measurement uncertainty evaluation and representation,a measurement model was estab-lished and the source of the measurement uncertainty of the indication error was analyzed when measur-ing the temperature of the incubator.The test results showed that the source of measurement uncertainty was mainly the standard uncertainty introduced by the repeatability of the incubator temperature displayed 0.05 ℃,and the standard uncertainty introduced by the accuracy of the multi-channel high-precision tem-perature and humidity data acquisition record analysis system was 0.06 ℃,and the relative spread uncer-tainty of the temperature indication error was U=0.17 ℃,k=2.
