摘要
依据相关标准对南通棉纺织企业采购的2022年生产的成包地产棉、新疆机采棉、新疆手摘棉及进口棉进行抽样,对棉花中12.7 mm及16 mm的短纤维率指标进行了检测.通过数据统计发现:进口棉中12.7 mm短纤维率最高,其次是新疆手摘棉、新疆机采棉、地产棉.进口棉中16 mm短纤维率最高,其次是新疆机采棉、新疆手摘棉、地产棉.进口棉中12.7 mm及16 mm的短纤维率,都是巴西棉的检测结果最高,其次是美棉、印度棉、澳棉,为纺织用棉企业采购原棉提供了参考依据.
Abstract
According to relevant standards,samples were taken from the packaged local cotton,Xinjiang ma-chine picked cotton,Xinjiang hand picked cotton,and imported cotton purchased by Nantong cotton textile enterprises in 2022.The short fiber content of 12.7 mm and 16 mm in cotton were tested.The statistical anal-ysis of the test data showed that the imported cotton with 12.7 mm short fiber content was the highest,fol-lowed by Xinjiang hand picked cotton,Xinjiang machine picked cotton,and local cotton.The 16 mm short fi-ber content is the highest in imported cotton,followed by Xinjiang machine picked cotton,Xinjiang hand picked cotton,and local cotton.In imported cotton,whether it is 12.7 mm short fiber content or 16 mm,Bra-zilian cotton has the highest,followed by American cotton,Indian cotton,and Australian cotton.It provided a reference for textile cotton enterprises to purchase raw cotton.
