摘要
建立了超声萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定汽车内饰件中24种有机磷阻燃剂(OPFRs)的分析方法.样品采用甲醇超声提取后,经高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定,以保留时间和特征离子丰度比定性,外标法定量.24种OPFRs在10~500 ng/L线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,方法检出限为0.04~0.19 µg/kg,精密度为2.4%~18.4%,加标回收率为77.4%~129.0%.该方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于汽车内饰件中24种OPFRs的同时测定.
Abstract
An analytical method for the determination of 24 organophosphorus flame retardants(OPFRs)in automotive interiors by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was estab-lished.Samples were extracted by ultrasound with methanol.With high-performance liquid chromatogra-phy tandem mass spectrometry,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of OPFRs were based on reten-tion time and characteristic ion abundance ratio,and external standard method,respectively.24 types of OP-FRs had good linear relationships within the range of 10-500 ng/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99.The detection limit of the method was 0.04-0.19 µg/kg,with a precision of 2.4%-18.4%and a recovery rate of 77.4%-129.0%.The method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 24 OPFRs in automotive interiors.
