摘要
作为口罩中间的过滤层,熔喷布对细菌和病毒的传播起到了主要的阻隔作用.介绍了口罩的材料和结构,分析了熔喷布的纤维细度、厚度及静电对其过滤效率的影响,探索了解决这些问题的办法,旨在为口罩的质量提升提供一些理论依据.
Abstract
As the filter layer in the middle of a mask,melt-blown cloth plays a major role in preventing the spread of bacteria and viruses.The material and structure of the mask were introduced,the influence of fi-ber fineness was analyzed,thickness and static electricity on the filtration efficiency of the melt-blown cloth,and the solutions to these problems were explored,aiming to provide some theoretical basis for the quality improvement of the mask.
