含氨纶针织物顶破强力试验结果的影响因素

摘要
为了解决消费者投诉反馈的含氨纶织物在穿着过程中出现破洞问题,进一步分析含氨纶针织物的顶破强力,选取了 16款含氨纶针织物和纯棉织物进行测试对比分析.试验结果表明,部分含氨纶针织物的顶破强力的结果比纯棉针织物低,国家行业产品标准豁免不考核含氨纶针织物的顶破强力存在一定的不合理性,通过分析含氨纶针织物的顶破强力试验结果的影响因素,希望能为相关测试人员提供参考并为企业品质控制提供建议.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of consumer complaints about fabric damage in knitted fabrics con-taining spandex during wearing,and to further analyze the bursting strength of knitted fabrics containing spandex,16 types of knitted fabrics spandex and pure cotton fabrics for testing and comparative analysis were selected.The test results showed that the bursting strength of some knitted spandex fabrics was low-er than those of pure cotton knitted fabrics.The exemption from product standards for not assessing the bursting strength of knitted spandex fabrics is unreasonable.By analyzing the test results of the influencing factors of the bursting strength of knitted spandex fabrics,it is hoped that this can provide reference for rele-vant testers and suggestions for enterprise for quality control.
