提高1.67 dtex圆中空涤纶短纤维中空度的研究

摘要
在FBM310-LHV431-LHV903涤纶短纤维生产线上,在保持目前1.67 dtex圆中空涤纶短纤维前纺生产工艺不变的情况下,采取同时提高后纺油浴牵伸槽温度、增大牵伸及卷曲蒸汽箱的进汽阀门开度、降低第三道牵伸机速度和降低卷曲机主压力的组合措施,可将纤维中空度由12.2%提高至17.5%.
Abstract
Based on the polyester staple fiber production line of FBM310-LHV431-LHV903,while maintain-ing the current production process of 1.67 dtex round hollow polyester staple fiber spinning unchanged,the combined measures were taken to increase the hollow degree of the fiber from 12.2%to 17.5%,which con-taining draft bath temperature in the back spinning oil bath,open of the inlet valve of the draft and crimp steam box,reduce the speed of the third draft machine and the main pressure of the crimp machine.
