摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定皮革偶氮染料中25种芳香胺的分析方法.样品经脱脂、还原裂解、固相萃取后,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定,以保留时间和特征离子丰度比定性,外标法定量.25种芳香胺在10～2 000 ng/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,方法检出限为0.08～0.47 μg/kg,精密度为1.3％～9.3％,加标回收率为64.5％～94.6％.该方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于皮革偶氮染料中芳香胺的检测.
Abstract
An analytical method for the determination of 25 aromatic amines derived from azo colorants in leathers by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.After degreasing,reduction cracking,and solid-phase extraction,the samples were determined by high-perfor-mance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The qualitative analysis of aromatic amines was based on retention time and characteristic ion abundance ratio,while the quantitative result came from ex-ternal standard method.The 25 kinds of aromatic amines all had good linear relationships within the range of 10-2 000 ng/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99.The method detection limit of aromatic amines was in the range of 0.08-0.47 μg/kg,with a precision of 1.3％-9.3％and a recovery rate of 64.5％-94.6％.The method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and is suitable for the determination of aromatic amines derived from azo colorants in leathers.
