摘要

通过农产品废弃物再利用技术,开发出具有环保价值的生物可降解面料.选择了几种常见的农产品废弃物,如陈皮、茶叶渣等材料,结合甘油等媒介,通过不同配比的调试、观察和试验,设计了一种新型的生物可降解面料.对该面料进行了性能测试和应用效果实践.结果表明,这种生物可降解面料具有良好的力学性能、降解性能和可塑性能.这为农产品废弃物的再利用提供了一种新的思路和方法,使其有望在未来的纺织及包装行业中得到广泛应用.

Abstract

The biodegradable fabrics with environmental value were developed through the reuse technolo-gy of agricultural waste.Several common agricultural waste materials were selected,such as tangerine peel,tea residue and other materials,combined with glycerol and other media,through the adjustment,ob-servation and tests of different ratios,a kind of new biodegradable fabric was designed.The results showed that this kind of biodegradable fabric had good mechanical properties,degradable properties and plasticity properties.This provides a new idea and method for the reuse of agricultural product wastes,which is expected to be widely used in the textile and packaging industry in the future.
