干洗溶剂沾色目光评级的影响因素分析及标准细化建议

摘要
分析了纺织品耐干洗色牢度标准GB/T 5711-1997中关于溶剂沾色评级描述简单、模糊的问题.着重分析了比色管与白卡纸放置距离对溶剂沾色目光评级的影响.结果表明,比色管放置距离对溶剂沾色的目光评级影响较大,且与白卡纸距离越近,评级结果越低.提出了能够细化标准的关键点,为将来的标准更新提供建议.
Abstract
The simple vague description in the standard of color fastness to dry cleaning was analyzed.The effect of the distance between the colorimetric tube and the white cardboard on the visual rating of solvent staining was especially analyzed.The results showed that the distance between the colorimetric tubes had a significant impact on the visual rating of solvent staining.The closer the distance was,the lower the grade was.The key points that could refine the standard were proposed,to provide suggestions for updates of the standard in future.
