摘要

阐述了目前蚕丝行业的现状,介绍了蚕丝增重的不同加工技术,包括无机盐增重、单宁增重、丝胶固着增重、丝素溶液增重、接枝共聚增重等.探讨了蚕丝增重鉴别的方法,包括显色法、红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法以及氨基酸分析法,可有效鉴别蚕丝是否增重,以规范市场,保证蚕丝产品的质量.

Abstract

The present situation of silk industry was described,and different processing techniques for silk weight gain were introduced,including inorganic salt weight gain,tannin weight gain,sericin fixation weight gain,silk fibroin solution weight gain and graft copolymerization weight gain.The identification meth-ods of silk weight gain were discussed,including color rendering,infrared spectroscopy,high performance liquid chromatography and amino acid analysis,which could effectively identify the weight gain of silk,regu-late the market and ensure the quality of silk products.
