摘要
为了保证企业实验室工作环境的安全与效率,实现实验室汽车内饰纺织材料零件存储和试验设备运行信息的实时监测,提出了基于Power BI和Python的自动化、可视化、智能化管理系统.系统采用Python进行实验室汽车内饰纺织材料零件的数据采集和刷新,数据采集后进行数据清洗,处理完成的后台数据由PBI进行数据建模和交互式可视化分析,最后将可视化的PBI报表上传至网页进行信息资源共享.通过该实验室智能化管理系统,推动了质保实验室汽车内饰纺织材料零件检测的效率和质量提升.
Abstract
In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the working environment of the enterprise laborato-ry,realize the real-time monitoring of the storage of textile materials parts in the automotive interior and the operation information of the test equipment,an automated,visualized and intelligent management sys-tem base on Power BI and Python was proposed.The system used Python to collect and refresh the data of textile material parts for automotive interiors,and after the data collection,the data was cleaned,and the processed background data was modeled and interactive visualized by PBI,and finally the visual PBI report was uploaded to the web page for information resource sharing.Through this intelligent laboratory manage-ment system,the efficiency and quality of the inspection of automotive interior textile materials parts in quality assurance laboratory have been promoted.
