Efforts to Improve the Cotton Textile Industry Chain,Supply Chain Resilience and Safety Level
In order to improve the resilience and safety level of the industrial chain and supply chain of the cotton textile industry,the general law of the evolution of the cotton textile indus-try is introduced,and the outstanding problems facing the industry are analyzed from the as-pects of insufficient total demand becoming a prominent contradiction,hidden dangers of indus-trial safety,increasing cost of production factors,prominent structural contradictions of em-ployees,low research and development investment intensity,and the cotton management sys-tem still needs to be improved.The idea of improving the resilience and safety level of the in-dustrial chain and supply chain is proposed from strengthening the attribute of science and technology,enhancing the attribute of fashion,enhancing the attribute of green,strengthening the guarantee of raw materials,doing a good job in the international industrial layout,and build-ing a strong human resources.It is pointed out that the modernization of industrial chain and supply chain is in the same direction as the modernization of industrial system,which has a more basic,linking and supporting role for the process of economic and social modernization.In the process of promoting the high-quality development of the cotton textile industry,it is neces-sary to adhere to the system concept and bottom line thinking,better coordinate the relationsh-ip between development and safety,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial struc-ture,enhance international competitiveness,ensure the safe,stable and effective operation of the industrial chain and supply chain,and achieve a positive interaction between high-quality devel-opment and high-level safety.
