Structure Improvement and Application of Multi-bin Mixer
In order to solve the problems,such as poor pressure stability,high maintenance cost of spike lattice and easy clogging of under-screen mesh plate and waste pipe of the existing multi-bin mixer,the structure composition and mixing principle of multi-bin mixer are ana-lyzed,and the existing problems of multi-bin mixer are analyzed from the aspects of pressure detection of cotton storage bin,maintenance of spike lattice and waste removal of under-screen,and the structure of the multi-bin mixer is improved.It is pointed out that after the improve-ment,the pressure fluctuation value of the multi-bin mixer is reduced,the number of ineffective cotton needs is reduced,the replacement of nail strip is time-saving and labor-saving,the main-tenance of spike lattice is improved,the blockage and accumulation of impurities in the waste removal device of under-screen are improved.The failure rate is reduced,the mixing effect is improved,the labor is reduced,and the production capacity is increased.
