Application and Maintenance of Wider Carding Machine
In order to improve the carding quality and production efficiency of carding machine,the development history of wider carding machines and the characteristics of several new types of carding machines at home and abroad are introduced.The structural characteristics of wider carding machines are described from the structural design of chute feeder,the structural design and the calculation of natural frequency of feeding plate,the optimal design of flat bars,auto-matic detection and adjustment of wider carding machines.The application cases of Autocard SC6 wider carding machine in vortex spinning viscose,siro-commpact spinning,rotor spinning,ring spinning and other varieties are analyzed,and the maintenance points are put forward from the aspects of system application,card clothing maintenance,quality page and daily tour.It is pointed out that wider carding machine can be used for multi-scene and multi-type spinning,and high quality and high yield can be achieved through process adjustment.By optimizing the chute feeder,using low inertia and high response feeding plate,applying a new bending aluminum al-loy flat bars,and deploying intelligent sensing technology,the carding area is increased,the car-ding capacity is enhanced,efficiency and stability are improved,and digital intelligent control and on-demand maintenance are realized.
