为了保证半成品质量指标稳定,以纺CJ 9.72 tex纱为例,从原棉指标、清花工序、梳棉工序、精梳准备工序、精梳工序、并粗工序以及各工序温湿度控制等方面,分析对棉结的影响及原因,并提出针对性的控制措施.指出:控制棉结数量是纺纱厂提高产品质量的重要工作;实际生产须以客户要求为标准,控制好原棉指标,合理设置各工序工艺参数以及温湿度,加强操作管理,及时对设备进行维护保养,保证纺纱通道清洁、器材专件状态良好,从各工序做好棉结数量控制,以提升成纱质量、织造效率和织物质量.
Measures to Reduce Neps in Semi-finished Product Process
In order to ensure the stability of the quality index of semi-finished products,taking the spinning CJ 9.72 tex yarn as an example,the influence and causes on neps are analyzed from the aspects of raw cotton index,blowing process,carding process,combing preparation process,combing process,drawing and roving and temperature and humidity control of each process,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.It is pointed out that controlling the quan-tity of neps is an important work for improving product quality in spinning mills.The actual production should be based on customer requirements,control raw cotton indicators,reasonably setting process parameters and temperature and humidity of each process,strengthening opera-tion management,timely maintenancing of equipment,ensuring that the spinning channel is clean,accessories and parts are in good condition,and controlling the quantity of neps from each process to improve yarn quality,weaving efficiency and fabric quality.
