In order to improve the spinning quality of yasser fiber elastic yarn,taking the spin-ning of yasser 11.8 tex elastic core-yarn as an example,the performance index and process flow of yasser and spandex elastic yarn are introduced.The technical measures,process configuration and matters needing attention in each production process of spinning are analyzed in detail.Through the test of the quality index of fine yarn and tube yarn,it shows that the yasser 11.8 tex elastic core-yarn has good yarn forming index and stable quality.It is pointed out that the key to ensure the quality of yarns is to improve the strength of yarns,reduce yarn hairiness and control the coating quality of spandex yarn.In the production process,it is necessary to optimize the process of each process,clarify the control points and parameters,rationally configure the relevant accessories and workshop temperature and humidity,and strengthen the process con-trol and equipment maintenance of each process.
