In order to solve the problems of fuzzing,pilling,poor wear resistance and low break-ing strength of traditional cotton/polyester blended workwear fabric,the doubling yarn of two CJ 10.8 tex yarns and one polyester filament yarn are used to replace the cotton polyester sta-ple fiber blended yarn.The control points of the process of clearing,carding,combing,drawing,roving,spinning,double twisting,warping and sizing are described in detail,and the main quali-ty index of finished fabric is analyzed.The results show that the finished fabric made by using the twisting yarn with the doubling yarn of single yarn and filament yarn instead of cotton pol-yester staple fiber blended yarn has good wrinkle resistance and wear resistance,and is smooth and soft,and has good dyeing fastness to friction and brushing,and the drapability and crisp-ness greatly improved.
