In order to avoid fire in the weaving process of air-jet loom and reduce the fire hazard,the importance of fire prevention in weaving workshop is introduced.The possible fire hazard sources in weaving process are analyzed from the aspects of unsafe behavior of people and un-safe state of objects.The fire risk parts of the air-jet loom,such as the brake device,the stran-ding device,the main power motor,the loose warp device,the interior of the electrical control box and the key points of investigation are analyzed in detail,and the fire prevention checklist of the air-jet loom in combination with the actual production is formulated,and the requirements for preventing fire and the precautions for extinguishing are explained.It is pointed out that the problem of fire in weaving can be effectively prevented by cleaning up the cotton flying waste in time,making a checklist,checking and maintaining the hot parts of the air-jet loom,doing a good job of heat dissipation,setting belt tension reasonably,and refueling bearings and gears regularly.
