为探究Sorona长丝并捻工艺对弹性回复性的影响,以 3.33 tex/20 F和 5.56 tex/48 F 两种规格Sorona长丝为原料,在并捻联合机组合并捻,通过改变捻系数和预加张力分析并捻纱的拉伸性能和定负荷弹性变化情况;以并捻纱的弹性回复率和断裂强度为评价指标,通过正交试验对并捻工艺进行优化.指出:捻系数和预加张力是影响并捻纱性能的主要因素,并捻后的长丝结构更紧密,其弹性和断裂强度均有较好改善;当Sorona长丝并捻纱捻系数为 375、预加张力为 7.5档时,并捻纱的拉伸性能和弹性性能综合最佳.
Effect of Doubling and Twisting Process of Sorona Filament on Elastic Resilience
In order to study the effect of doubling and twisting process of sorona filament on e-lastic resilience,sorona filament of 3.33 tex/20 F and 5.56 tex/48 F are doubled and twisted on a doubling and twisting machine,the tensile properties and load elasticity of doubled and twis-ted yarns are analyzed by changing twist factor and pretension.Taking the elastic resilience and breaking strength of the doubled and twisted yarns as evaluation indexes,the doubling and twisting process is optimized by orthogonal test.It is pointed out that the twist factor and pre-tension are the main factors affecting the properties of doubled and twisted yarns and the struc-ture of filament is more compact after doubling and twisting,and the elasticity and breaking strength are improved.When the twist factor is 375 and the pretension is 7.5 of sorona filament doubled and twisted yarn,the tensile and elastic properties of doubled and twisted yarn are the best.
