Analysis of Factors Affecting Yarn Joint Quality of Winding Machine
In order to improve the yarn joint quality of winding machine,the comparative spin-ning test is carried out by using single factor method from the aspects of relative humidity,yarn feeding,scissors state,the angle of air blower nozzle and the consistency of position of spinning plate,etc.,the influence on the spinning joint quality is investigated,and the solution is put for-ward.It is pointed out that there are many factors affecting the yarn joint quality,which should be based on the actual spinning environment,process,splicing parameter setting,splicer config-uration,etc.,to ensure proper temperature and humidity,good condition of yarn feeding,timely maintenance of scissors,normal angle of air blower nozzle,consistent zero position of yarn plate up and down,small surface roughness of yarn guide plate through yarn surface,intact bottom of yarn guide plate and smooth twisting cavity channel.
