Standardization Construction of Air-jet Vortex Spinning Yarn
In order to meet the diversified demands of the market and promote the development and progress of air-jet vortex spinning yarn,the industrialization process of air-jet vortex spin-ning and the standardization construction of the main spinning technologies such as ring spin-ning,rotor spinning and air-jet vortex spinning are introduced from the current standardization system.The current situation of standardization construction of air-jet vortex spinning yarn is analyzed by describing the industry standard,group standard and the standard that has been re-viewed and approved to be released.According to the development direction of industry innova-tion and national industrial policy,the development trend of standardization construction of air-jet vortex spinning yarn is forecasted.It is pointed out that standardization construction has be-come an important cornerstone to promote the development of air-jet vortex spinning industry.The standard of air-jet vortex spinning yarn that has been published and implemented can pro-mote the standardized development of the industry.Enterprises should conform to the direction of industrial innovation and development,based on national policy support,attach importance to standardization construction,combine standard formulation with scientific and technological projects,accelerate the revision of air-jet vortex spinning standards at all levels,build and im-prove its standard system.
