In order to prolong the service life and improve the running stability of spindle,the re-quirements and operation points of installation,adjustment,lubrication,oiling,cleaning and oil change,and using warp tube of spindle are described in detail,and the doffing methods and daily management methods of spindle are summarized.It is pointed out that the key points of use spindle well and spinning good yarn is to select high-quality spindle,ensure accurate installa-tion,reliable fastening,difficult to move of debugging and positioning,avoid large spindle speed difference,maintain the correct selection of lubricating oil,ensure the oil level and oil amount,strictly prevent oil shortage operation,select high-quality warp tube and appropriate winding capacity,ensure the warp tube installation in place,apply new collective doffing and do daily management and maintenance of the spindle well,etc.
