Constant Pressure Suction Intelligent Control Technology of Carding Dedusting System
In order to ensure the continuous and stable production of blowing-carding unit and reduce the waste of resources,the composition of carding dedusting system is introduced.The shortcomings and reasons of pipe network,dedusting unit and carding dedusting system,such as high energy consumption,low intelligence,frequent start and stop of equipment and inter-mittent control of dust filter are analyzed,the idea of constant pressure intelligent control of de-dusting system is put forward,that is to install frequency converter in the main dedusting fan,install pressure transmitter and negative pressure protection device at the end of the negative pressure main pipe of carding,install pipe network control device in the dedusting unit,install soft start in the dust collection fan,and improve the filter collection system,etc.By comparing the actual effect before and after the transformation of the dedusting system,it is shown that after the transformation,the constant pressure of the carding machine is 800 Pa～900 Pa,and the electricity consumption is reduced by 5.68% .It is pointed out that the application of con-stant pressure suction intelligent control technology in carding dedusting system can realize man-machine intelligent control,achieve the effect of stabilizing suction process quality,im-prove power consumption efficiency and reduce power consumption cost,protect motor,save energy and reduce consumption.
