Practice of Spinning OE 58.3 tex Yarn on JWF1212 Three Licker-in Carding Machine
In order to improve the output and quality of coarse rotor spinning yarn on JWF1212 three licker-in carding machine,OE 58.3 tex yarn is spun with 10% raw cotton and other mate-rial such as blowing-carding noil,combed noil and thread ends yarn.Through machine process adjustment and carding accessories optimization,the change of card sliver index,yarn quality and energy consumption of JWF1212 three licker-in carding machine before and after adjust-ment is compared.It is pointed out that proper spinning process is the basic guarantee of high quality and high yield of carding machine.The spinning process and carding accessories of low grade cotton should enhance the ability of impurity removal,and reduce fiber damage and the content of short fiber.Through process and carding accessories optimization,for spinning OE 58.3 tex yarn on JWF1212 three licker-in carding machine,the sliver delivery speed is 260 m/min,the output is 101.4 kg/h,yarn quality can meet the requirements,and is energy saving,la-bor reduction.
