Key Points of Process Design and Spinning Practice for Comber
In order to stabilize the quality of combing products,taking spinning CJ 7.29 tex yarn as an example,the experimental conditions and process quality requirements of combing process are introduced,by analyzing the main functions of pre-drawing process,drawing and lapping process,combing preparation process and the influence of process settings on process quality,the key points of process control for each process are summarized,the spinning practice and yarn index are compared.The key points and matters needing attention in the process adjust-ment of comber are described from the aspects of precise localization of cylinder(bow plate),forward motion timing of detaching roller and setting of comber noil gauge.It is pointed out that the quality of semi-finished products is directly related to the yarn index,setting of com-bing process should be considered in combination with the quality of the previous and subse-quent processes.Pre-drawing process should focus on the straightening of hook fibers and the avoidance of unexpected pull-off of long fibers,the lap should be formed well and evenly in the drawing and lapping process,the combing process should pay attention to the carding effect and carding efficiency.Combing process should be set up according to the quality requirements and spinning environment to ensure the good condition of equipment,accessories and parts,ensure the accuracy of positioning,timing and gauge setting of each part.The yarn quality index is im-proved by optimizing the trial spinning process.
