Optimizing Drawing Cleaning to Improve Sliver Evenness
In order to improve the sliver evenness,improve the quality of semi-products and fin-ished yarn,the importance of cleaning in the drawing process is expounded,the spinning state before and after cleaning optimization of drawing frame is compared,and the cleaning optimiza-tion measures of drawing frame are put forward.After deep cleaning of the machine parts and the condenser sliver going through,the can coiler channel,the final and semi-finished sliver and yarn quality are tested.The results show that strengthening the cleaning in drawing process can improve the sliver evenness to some extent and reduce yarn defects and unevenness.Daily at-tention should be paid to the links that affect the quality of yarn,improve the staff's attention and prevention ability,and increase the daily inspection and maintenance of the details of the e-quipment.
