Optimization of Textile Accessories and Parts to Improve the Quality of Regenerated Polyester Yarn
In order to improve the quality of regenerated polyester yarn,the physical indexes and properties of regenerated polyester fiber material are introduced with the example of siro-com-pact spinning regenerated polyester fiber 14.76 tex knitting yarn.The spinning process and the measures of each process of regenerated polyester fiber are described in detail.Accessories and parts and their technical parameters are optimized,including the cylinder MCC rack,the rotary flat elastic clothing,the doffer MCC rack for carding process,and the ring,traveler,cot,apron and lattice apron,the effects of accessories and parts on quality improvement are analyzed.Through a spinning example,the quality indexes of siro-compact spinning regenerated polyester fiber 14.76 tex knitting yarn before and after selecting accessories and parts are compared.It is pointed out that in order to reduce fiber damage,the flexible carding process is adopted in the o-pening and carding process,and the principles of mild opening,more carding and less beating,light weight and low speed are adopted to ensure the smooth flow of pipeline.We should choose flexible carding card clothing rack or fillet clothing to achieve soft carding for carding machine.The cot and apron are based on the premise of non-entanglement and non-winding,and ring,tra-veler and lattice apron are focused on the intact compact of fibers and the reduction of hairiness and neps.
