为提升再生纤维素纤维纱线的浆纱质量,分析对比粘胶、莱赛尔、莫代尔和竹浆纤维等 4 种再生纤维素纤维的化学组成成分和微观结构的异同点、物理指标的差异以及对应集聚纺纱线指标和织物规格;通过对比试验,确定浆液含固量、粘度、上浆率、伸长率、温度和回潮率等主要浆纱工艺参数,分析其技术难点及浆纱质量指标.指出:不同纤维素纤维微观结构不同,物理性能指标差异较大,在高压高温湿热的浆纱条件下,要根据纤维的成分、纱线号数采取适宜的工艺参数,以保证浆纱质量稳定、织造顺利进行和良好的布面质量.
Characteristics and Sizing Process of Pure Spinning Regenerated Cellulose Fiber Yarn
In order to improve the sizing quality of regenerated cellulose fiber yarn,the differ-ences in chemical composition,microstructure and physical indexes of viscose,lyocell,modal and bamboo pulp fibers,as well as the corresponding compact spinnning yarn indexes and fabric specifications are analyzed and compared.The main sizing parameters,such as solid content,viscosity,sizing rate,elongation,temperature and moisture recovery rate are determined by comparative test,and the technical difficulties and sizing quality indexes are analyzed.It is pointed out that the microstructure and physical properties of different cellulose fibers are dif-ferent.Under the sizing conditions of high pressure,high temperature and wet heat,appropriate technological parameters should be taken according to the fiber composition and yarn count to ensure the stable sizing quality,smooth weaving and good fabric quality.
