石墨烯及其复合物在功能性纺织品中的应用

为了推动功能性纺织品的发展,介绍石墨烯及其衍生物的性能、形态及结构特点,以石墨烯及其复合物在电加热纺织品、抑菌纺织品、阻燃纺织品等方面的应用案例,分析石墨烯及其复合物在电加热、抑菌、阻燃、远红外、电磁屏蔽等功能性纺织品中的应用机理,阐述其发展前景.指出:石墨烯及其复合物具有较好的导电、导热、光学及力学性能,在电加热和抑菌纺织品领域具有较大研究空间和良好发展前景,但石墨烯粉体尺寸不稳定、层数不均匀,单层含量相对较低,在电加热纺织品中易出现短路,在彩色纺织品中应用受限.
Application of Graphene and Its Composites in Functional Textiles
In order to promote the development of functional textiles,the properties,morphology and structural characteristics of graphene and its derivatives are introduced,and the application mechanism of graphene and its composites in functional textiles such as electric heating,anti-bacterial,flame retardant,far infrared and electromagnetic shielding is analyzed based on the application cases of graphene and its composites in electric heating textiles,antibacterial tex-tiles,flame retardant textiles,etc.,and the development prospect is expounded.It is pointed out that graphene and its composites have good electrical,thermal,optical and mechanical proper-ties,and have large research space and good development prospects in the field of electric heat-ing and antibacterial textiles.However,the size of graphene powder is unstable,the number of layers is not uniform,the content of single layer is relatively low,and the short circuit is easy to appear in electric heating textiles,and the application in color textiles is limited.
