Zinser R71型细纱机"三位一体"工作法创新实践

为了解决Zinser R71 型细纱机试生产初期落纱不及时、换纱等待、大纱时断头接不齐,造成落纱断头多、生头工作量大,空锭多、效率低等问题,分析 Zinser R71 型细纱机性能及工艺流程,针对试生产存在问题,从"快、细、准、齐、精"等方面入手,探索出在 Zinser R71 型细纱机上推行粗纱宝塔分段,实现值车、落纱、换纱"三位一体"的创新工作法,并详述其操作要点和创新成果.通过经济效益测算,指出:采用"三位一体"工作法,细纱机效率由 96.3%提高到 98%,增产1.7%,省却落纱、换纱 2 个工种,值车工看台定额减少 1/3,40 台细纱机减少用工 30 人,使新设备高速、高效、高质量等特点得到充分发挥.
Innovative Practice of"Three-in-one"Working Method for Zinser R71 Spinning Frame
In order to solve the problems of delayed doffing,waiting for replacing yarn and une-ven broken ends during large yarn of Zinser R71 spinning frame in the initial stage of trial pro-duction,resulting in many broken doffing ends,heavy workload of threading,many empty spin-dles and low efficiency,Zinser R71 spinning frame performance and process flow are analyzed.In view of the problems existing in trial production,from the aspects of"fast,detail,accurate,uniform and precise",the innovative working method of implementing roving pagoda segment on Zinser R71 spinning frame to realize the"three-in-one"of operating,doffing and replacing yarn are explored,and operation key points and innovative results are described in detail.Through the calculation of economic benefits,it is pointed out that the efficiency of the spinning frame is increased from 96.3% to 98% ,the production increase is 1.7% ,the process of doffing and replacing yarn are moved,the quota of the operator operating is reduced by 1/3,40 spinning frames are reduced by 30 workers,and the characteristics of the new equipment such as high speed,high efficiency and high quality are fully brought into play by using the"three-in-one"working method.
