Development Status and Theoretical Research Progress of Air-jet Vortex Spinning Technology
In order to improve the quality of air-jet vortex spinning yarn,the innovation process of air-jet vortex spinning equipment and the design optimization progress of key components of nozzle such as guide body,vortex tube and spindle are described.Taking hemp fiber yarn,core yarn and functional yarn as examples,the main points and achievements of air-jet vortex spin-ning yarn product development are introduced.The flow characteristics of the airflow in the air-jet vortex spinning nozzle are analyzed in detail,and the movement of the fiber in the flow field is simulated.It is pointed out that air-jet vortex spinning technology is developing in the direc-tion of faster speed,higher degree of automation and more diverse yarn varieties.However,there is a large difference in yarn quality between different fiber raw materials.Simulation tech-nology should be used to study the flow field distribution in the nozzle and the law of fiber movement,master the fundamental principle of fiber twisting yarn,and strengthen the research on nozzle structure design and process parameter optimization.
