Improvement Measures of FYD Electrical Spindle Motor
In order to improve the function and prolong the service life of FYD electrical spindle motor,the reasons of low rated power,time-consuming and laborious of bearing replacement and manual lubrication of existing electrical spindle motor are analyzed.The improvement process of increasing the height of the centrifugal tank,dividing the bell-jar spindle shell into upper and lower two parts,and realizing the centralized and automatic oil change of all electrical spindle motors in the area are described in detail.It is pointed out that increasing the height of centrifugal tank and increasing the rated efficiency of FYD electrical spindle motor can increase the spinning productivity.The lower part of spindle shell and bearing box are integrated into one machine shell to fix stator and rotor,the upper part is used as the upper end cover to pro-tect the stator and rotor,which is convenient to replace the motor bearing on site and reduce the shutdown loss.The spindle motor bracket is integrated with the oil cup,and the oil cup of all the spindle motors in the area is connected in series to form an intensive self-flow lubrication system,which can realize the centralized replacement of spindle oil,and the operation is simple and convenient.
