为验证乌斯特理论推荐的FP电压值范围,采用明显偏大、甚至超出理论推荐范围的FP电压值,对比不同号数FP喇叭口输出熟条的质量变化,说明FP电压值的绝对值偏大掌握时,从号数较小的FP喇叭口出来的熟条外观质量更好,并分析棉条定量和喇叭口大小的匹配依据、自调匀整并条机的匀整机理.指出:FP电压值的范围为-4000 mV~-6000 mV,FP喇叭口的号数偏小掌握,棉条的紧密度更好,TP-N棉结也更少,更能够发挥自调匀整系统的作用.
Analysis of the Range of FP Voltage Value and the Mechanism of Levelling Nubs
In order to verify the FP voltage range recommended by Uster theory,FP voltage val-ues that are significantly larger or even beyond the range recommended by the theory are used,the quality change of the output drawing sliver with FP flared mouth from different counts are compared.It shows that when the absolute value of FP voltage is larger,the appearance quality of the drawing sliver from the FP flared mouth of a smaller count is better.The matching basis of the quantity of cotton slivers and the size of flared mouth,and the levelling mechanism of au-to-levelling drawing frame are analyzed.It is pointed out that the FP voltage value ranges from-4000 mV to-6000 mV,the count of FP flared mouth is small,the density of the cotton sliv-er is better,and the TP-N neps are less,which can play the role of auto-levelling system.
