为了提升纯棉普梳14.6 tex紧密纱成纱质量,从粗纱捻系数、细纱后区牵伸倍数、细纱前罗拉隔距3方面,对纺纱工艺参数进行优选,并对比上车试纺成纱质量;通过对比YYC-570Ⅴ型胶辊和国产某邵尔A硬度为68度胶辊两次回磨后的成纱质量以优选纺纱器材.结果表明:粗纱捻系数为118、细纱后区牵伸倍数为1.05、细纱前罗拉隔距为16.8 mm、使用YYC-570Ⅴ型胶辊,所纺纯棉普梳14.6 tex紧密纱成纱质量改善;使用YYC-570Ⅴ型胶辊,有助于企业降低员工劳动强度、减少机物料消耗、提高工作效率;优选细纱工艺和器材专件并严格管理,可确保成纱质量稳定.
Production Practice of Pure Cotton Carded 14.6 tex Compact Yarn
In order to improve the yarn quality of pure cotton carded 14.6 tex compact yarn,the spinning process parameters are optimized from three aspects of roving twist factor,spinning back zone drafting ratio and spinning front roller gauge,and the yarn quality of on-board test spinning is compared.By comparing the yarn quality of YYC-570Ⅴ cot and a domestic cot with shore A hardness of 68 degress after twice regrinding to select the spinning accessories.The re-sults show that the yarn quality of pure cotton carded 14.6 tex compact yarn is improved by u-sing YYC-570Ⅴ cot with roving twist factor of 118,spinning back zone drafting ratio of 1.05,spinning front roller gauge of 16.8 mm.The use of YYC-570Ⅴ cot can help enterprises to re-duce labor intensity of employees,reduce material consumption and improve work efficiency.Optimized spinning process and accessories and parts,and strict management can ensure stable yarn quality.
