Production Practice of Tencel 5.9 tex Higher Density Home Textiles Fabric
In order to broaden the application of functional fibers in fine and higher density home textiles fabric and solve the problems of low yarn strength,many broken ends,and low produc-tion efficiency,the double warp and double weft satin weave home textiles fabric of Tencel 5.9X Tencel 5.9(452.5 × 2)×(519.5×2)228.5 5/3 is developed and realized industrialization.The production process is introduced in detail and the product quality index is analyzed from the as-pects of raw material selection,grey cloth product design,spinning and weaving process techni-cal standards,process points,and control measures.It is pointed out that the average opening efficiency of producing Tencel 5.9 tex higher density home textiles fabric is greater than 86％,and the rate of first grade products in storage is 99.88％.The fabric is soft,comfortable to wear,high product grade,and expands the application of Tencel fiber in functional and differen-tiated products.
