Improvement of Control System of Rieter G32 Ring Spinning Frame
In view of the problems such as strong yarn twist,aging electrical components and poor system compatibility of Rieter G32 ring spinning frame in operation,the specific opera-tions of CPU,operating panel,driver and other control systems and electrical components of e-lectric control box are introduced,and the technical requirements and transformation effects are compared and verified.It is pointed out that the control system of Rieter G32 ring spinning frame after improvement is stable,reliable,highly compatible,which can keep the original lay-out and structure of the vehicle and is convenient to operate and maintain.The improvement cost is low,the vehicle performance is good,and the indexes of yarn production are qualified.
