Challenges Faced by Cotton Spinning Enterprise and Countermeasure
In order to promote the healthy development of the industry,the impact of the inter-nal and external competitive environment on foreign trade textile enterprises,knitting mills,small and medium-sized pure cotton textile enterprises,raw material processing enterprises are described in detail.Risk assessment is carried out on enterprises producing pure cotton products from the aspects of unfavorable enterprise transformation,changes in export market structure,urgent production transfer of middle and low-end cotton yarn,the entry into force of Xinjiang related legislation,and insufficient global consumer demand,and development strategies and measures are proposed accordingly.It is pointed out that capacity reduction and industry trans-fer are the key factors for pure cotton industry to get out of the trough,stabilizing cotton price to reduce cost risk,expanding export channel to stabilize foreign trade,adjusting cotton produc-tion areas and industrial layout,accelerating the upgrading of product structure,strengthening technology and product innovation,and combining short-term countermeasures with long-term planning and layout,can realize the stable and sustainable development of the cotton textile in-dustry,promote digital transformation,reformation and intelligent production of small and me-dium-sized cotton spinning enterprises.
