Key Accessories and Process Optimization of Polyester Cotton Blended Yarn in Rotor Spinning
In order to solve the problems such as high break rate,low strength of yarn,excessive long hairiness,fiber winding carding roller and so on of polyester cotton blended yarn,the spin-ning characteristics,existing problems,and the functions and requirements of key accessories such as false twister navel,rotor and carding roller are introduced.The yarn quality before and after the key accessories selection and process optimization of different rotors spun polyester cotton blended yarn are compared and analyzed,and its selection principle and key points are described in detail.It is pointed out that the low grade cotton can be used to spin polyester cot-ton blended yarn in rotor spinning with the measures of large diameter T-groove rotor,spiral ceramic steel bracket false twister navel,low speed of rotor,middle speed of carding roller,large negative pressure of rotor and small negative pressure of discharging impurities.The blended yarn is evenness and has less defects,good strength.The yarn quality is stable,the cost is re-duced and green environmental protection,the production efficiency is improved.
