摘要

为了提高转杯纺纱质量,进一步发挥全流程进口设备应用优势,从转杯纺纱工艺流程展开,重点介绍开清棉、梳棉、并条及纺纱工序的设备性能、工艺参数设置、配台调节以及日常管理措施等.通过对不同号数OE品种的成纱质量指标进行分析,指出:转杯纺纱具有生产流程短、产量高、对原料品质要求低等优势;纺优质低成本OE品种纱,应立足成纱质量指标合理配棉,开清棉工序注重原料开松、除杂、均匀混和效果以及机器运行效率,梳棉工序做好落棉控制、针布选型以及配台调节,并条和纺纱工序做好工艺参数优化和设备运行操作管理,从而确保转杯纺纱流程高效运转,成纱质量满足客户要求.

Abstract

In order to improve the spinning quality of rotor spinning and give full play to the ap-plication advantages of imported equipment in the whole process,the equipment performance,process parameter setting,collocation adjustment and daily management measures of cotton o-pening and cleaning,carding,drawing and spinning processes are introduced from the rotor spinning process.By analyzing the yarn quality indexes of OE varieties with different fineness,it is pointed out that rotor spinning has the advantages of short production process,high yield and low requirement on raw material quality.In spinning of high-quality and low-cost OE yarn,we should be based on the yarn quality index of reasonable allocation of cotton,pay attention to the opening,impurity removal,uniform mixing effect of raw materials and machine operation efficiency in the cotton opening and cleaning process.The noil control,card clothing selection and collocation adjustment should be done well in carding process.The process parameters opti-mization and equipment operation and operation management in drawing and spinning processes should be done well,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the rotor spinning process,and yarn quality to meet customer requirements.
