摘要
为了改善熔喷布抗静电衰减性能,提高其过滤效率,介绍熔喷工艺流程及原理,详述热风风量、热风温度、接收距离、网底抽吸风流量、外界环境温度等工艺参数对熔喷布性能的影响;采用熔喷布MFR1500 PP颗粒为主料,以添加单一驻极母粒和添加2种驻极母粒组合设置多组试验,分析其过滤效率、压差及抗静电衰减性能.结果表明:仅通过改变单一辅料比例提高熔喷布抗静电衰减性能,效果不显著;添加1.0%JC0637+2.0%TK001的驻极母粒,熔喷布抗静电衰减性能最好.
Abstract
In order to improve the antistatic attenuation performance and enhance the filtration efficiency of melt-blown fabric,the process flow and principles of melt-blown have been intro-duced,and the impact of process parameters such as hot air volume,hot air temperature,receiv-ing distance,suction airflow at the mesh bottom,and outside ambient temperature on the per-formance of melt-blown fabric has been introduced in detailed.Using melt-blown fabric MFR1500 PP particles as the main material,multiple sets of experiments are conducted with the addition of a single electret masterbatch and a combination of two electret masterbatches to analyze its filtration efficiency,differential pressure,and antistatic attenuation performance.The results show that the antistatic attenuation performance of melt-blown fabric is not significant-ly improved by changing the proportion of single auxiliary material.Adding 1.0%JC0637+2.0%TK001 electret masterbatch,melt-blown fabric has the best antistatic attenuation performance.
