聚乳酸面料衬衫的生产工艺研究

针对环保可降解聚乳酸面料衬衫生产过程中,因高温出现面料尺寸变化率大、破损等问题,从面料前期处理、生产流程设计、辅料选择、设备调试等方面进行工艺探讨,对比不同电加热温度、压烫参数、衬布类型等条件下的面料质量,确定最佳工艺参数及制作方法.指出:生产聚乳酸面料衬衫,可通过蒸汽预缩解决因面料尺寸变化率较大、无法正常进行大货生产的问题;通过改变生产流程对面料进行二次处理,保证布面平整并顺利裁剪;根据面料特性开发出低温、耐洗且剥强合格的纯棉衬布,满足面料不耐高温的特性;对机针及设备转速进行调试,解决面料缝制过程中出现粘连、熔融和沾污等问题.
Study on the Production Technology of Polylaticmacid Fabric Shirt
In the production process of environmental-friendly degradable polylaticmacid fabric shirt,problems such as large changes in fabric change rate of size and breakage due to high tem-peratures have occurred.Technological discussions have been carried out in terms of fabric pre-treatment,production process design,auxiliary material selection,and equipment debugging.The fabric quality under different electric heating temperatures,pressing-ironing parameters,and interlining fabric types are compared,and the optimal process parameters and production methods have been determined.It is pointed out that the problems of large changes in fabric change rate of size and inability to normally produce large quantities to the production of poly-laticmacid fabric shirt can be solved by steam pre-shrinking.The fabric can be subjected to sec-ondary treatment by changing the production process to ensure a smooth and flat fabric surface and smooth cutting.A low-temperature,washable,and peel strength qualified pure cotton inter-lining fabric is developed according to the fabric characteristics to meet the high-temperature intolerance of the fabric.The machine needle and equipment speed can be adjusted to solve problems such as adhesion,melting and fouling during the sewing process of the fabric.
