摘要

为了改善纺织空调与空压机能耗大、效率低的现状,详述纺企空调风机改造和空压机改造过程,以及空调数字化自动控制系统的功能优势;通过改造前后应用效果对比及经济效益测算,说明风机改造后风量大、耗电少,空压机改造后电耗降低7.6%,气量增加71.5%.指出:纺企通过空调风机改造,应用空调数字化自动控制系统及精益优级空压机,不仅能实现节能、降本、增效,还能改善车间环境、稳定生产生活,但对纺企生产的合理配置提出更高要求;纺企的节能降本增效,离不开技术创新与系统集成的双重驱动.

Abstract

In order to improve the current situation of high energy consumption and low efficien-cy of textile air conditioning and air compressor,the transformation process of air conditioning fan and air compressor in textile enterprises is described in detail,as well as the functional ad-vantages of digital automatic control system of air conditioning.Through the comparison of the application effect and the calculation of economic benefits before and after the transformation,it shows that the air volume of the fan is large and the power consumption is less,the power con-sumption of the air compressor is reduced by 7.6%,and the gas volume is increased by 71.5%.It is pointed out that through the transformation of air conditioning fan,the application of air conditioning digital automatic control system and lean and superior air compressor can not only achieve energy saving,cost reduction and efficiency increase,but also improve the workshop en-vironment and stabilize production and life,but put forward higher requirements for the reason-able allocation of production in textile enterprises.The energy saving,cost reduction and effi-ciency increase of textile enterprises cannot be separated from the dual drive of technological in-novation and system integration.
