Technological Innovation of Several Supplying One Carding-drawing Unit Applied in Open-end Spinning Short Process
In order to realize the industrialization application of the carding-drawing unit technol-ogy in the open-end spinning process,the reasons for the production capacity imbalance be-tween carding machine and drawing frame are analyzed,and the configuration scheme of the caching type transfer carding-drawing system with several supplying one large storage of slivers is put forward,as well as the key points of applying"even number rule"in the spinning process and"odd number rule"in the vortex spinning process.Through theoretical discussion,analogical analysis and test spinning,the effects of sliver blending or weight per unit increase on reducing blending irregularity,structural irregularity and drafting in rotor spinning and vortex spinning processes are verified.A new process concept of"weight per unit of card sliver in exchange for the combining number"applied in carding-drawing unit technology is put forward,and the new process is compared with Integrated Drafting Frame(IDF)process.It is pointed out that the technology scheme of using caching type transfer carding-drawing unit with several supplying one large storage of slivers breaks through the bottleneck that the speed of carding machine is re-stricted by the speed of drawing frame and the output speed of slivers,and its application can further shorten the open-end spinning process.The application of the new process concept of"weight per unit of card sliver in exchange for the combining number"can achieve the same or similar combining and drafing effects as the traditional process.The application of the technolo-gy scheme of the caching type transfer carding-drawing system with several supplying one large storage of slivers in the short process of open-end spinning meets the needs of cost reduction and efficiency increase and management optimization of spinning production,and its industrial-ization promotion has the basic conditions.
