Application of State Maintenance Mode in Combing Process
In order to improve the efficiency and effect of maintenance of modern high-precision cotton spinning equipment,the"state maintenance mode"is put forward according to the con-figuration characteristics of the workshop equipment,and the maintenance characteristics of the mode are introduced.The combing process state maintenance mode of the work content and matters needing attention are described in detailed from four aspects of the regular mainte-nance,lubrication oiling,daily inspection and key maintenance.It is pointed out that the tradi-tional maintenance mode of stopping can not meet the maintenance needs of modern high-preci-sion equipment,and the state maintenance mode can ensure the stable operation of equipment,and save time,labor and materials.The maintenance of equipment should be comprehensive as-sessment,flexible formulation and continuous improvement according to its structural charac-teristics,good condition,operation status,product quality requirements and so on.Ensure the advancement and operation stability of the equipment,can stabilize the product quality.
