Optimization of Spinning Process for Vortex Spinning Lyocell Fiber
In order to give full play to the advantages of vortex spinning,according to the charac-teristics and physical indexes of Lyocell fiber,taking the development of 14.8 tex yarn as an ex-ample,the process key and difficult points of blowing-carding,drawing and vortex spinning processes are analyzed,and the parameters setting before and after process optimization and yarn quality are compared.It is pointed out that Lyocell fiber has good straightness,strong ri-gidity,poor fiber cohesion and high specific resistance,and it is easy to get tangled,wound and blocked in the spinning process.To spin high quality vortex spinning Lyocell fiber yarn,the raw materials should be checked and pre-treated,carding accessories should be optimized and flexi-ble carding process should be adopted,the distribution of drawing drafting multiple should be optimized,the pressure of vortex spinning nozzle should be appropriately increased,and the temperature and humidity in the workshop should be strictly controlled.
