Damage Analysis and Maintenance of Spinning Spinneret
In order to make good use of spinning spinneret and ensure spinning quality,the tech-nical development,manufacturing requirements,application status and microhole shape of spin-neret are described in detail.Starting from the performance of problems in spinneret operation,the appearance of four used coated tantalum spinnerets are inspected,and the surface damage and surface deposit sediment on the spinnerets spinning surface are analyzed.Combining practi-cal experience,some suggestions on the use and maintenance of spinnerets are put forward,and the polishing treatment methods for slight colored spot or black spot damage are summarized.It is pointed out that damage to the spinneret will seriously affect the spinning quality,so the research and management of spinneret use and maintenance should be strengthened to improve the performance and reliability of spinneret.
