摘要
为满足剑杆织机用剑头对多类型纱线的适应性和夹持稳定性,介绍剑杆织机用剑头的现状和GS900型剑杆织机技术亮点;在GS900型剑杆织机常规剑头的基础上,根据涤纶长丝、扁平纱、圈圈纱3种纱线特点,对夹纱器表面粗糙度、接纬剑头引纬结构、夹纱器夹持力等进行优化,设计制作出适用多类型纬纱引纬的剑杆织机用剑头.指出:该剑头能更好地提高适应性和稳定性,减少织机停台更换、调试剑头的次数和周期,减轻劳动强度,显著提升了剑杆织机的生产效率和产品质量.
Abstract
In order to meet the adaptability and clamping stability of rapier head for rapier loom,the present situation of rapier head for rapier loom and the technical highlights of GS900 rapier loom are introduced.On the basis of the conventional rapier head of GS900 rapier loom,accord-ing to the yarn characteristics of polyester filament,flat yarn and loop yarn,the surface rough-ness of the clamping device,the weft insertion structure of the weft taking rapier head,the clamping force of the clamping device and so on are optimized,and the rapier head for rapier loom suitable for multi-type weft insertion is designed and manufactured.It is pointed out that this rapier can better improve the adaptability and stability,reduce the number and cycle of loom stop replacement and debugging rapier,reduce the labor intensity,and significantly im-prove the production efficiency and product quality of rapier loom.
